As a Destination Management Company, we've been organising incentive trips and team building for companies for years: transport, venues, activities and catering are coordinated by a single point of contact, from the initial request to the group's return.

This proposal is a starting point: the programme is always built together with the company's HR or travel manager team, with budget, objectives and number of participants defined upfront.

How the proposal unfolds

A base structure, adaptable to different corporate objectives and budgets.

Day 1

Arrival and welcome

Group transfer from the airport by coach or minibus, welcome drink and group dinner at a selected venue.

Day 2

Outdoor team building

Outdoor team building activities (sailing regatta, treasure hunt in the old town, team boat excursion), group lunch.

Day 3

Culture and food

Guided tour of nuragic sites or local wineries, gala dinner at a characteristic venue.

Day 4

Extension or departure

Free beach day for those staying on, or a group transfer to the airport.

Sample programme · 7 days / 6 nights

Sea, wine and food: a week for your group

A relaxed-pace programme for groups of 15 or more. One hotel base for the whole stay, a single demanding day, and the rest between the table, the winery and free time.

The budget is built around your group: it depends on dates, hotel category and group size. After your request we send a proposal with a detailed quote within 48 working hours. Programme reference: groups of 15 or more, land services only, flights excluded.

Day 1

Arrival

Private meet and greet at the airport and transfer to the boutique hotel. Welcome aperitivo and a dinner of seasonal Sardinian flavours, with a light evening after the journey.

Day 2

The coast

An introduction to the coast with a private car and local host: small harbours, boutiques and granite coves. Reserved lunch at a selected restaurant, free afternoon between hotel, beach or spa.

Day 3

A day at sea

The only demanding excursion: a day on a private boat around the La Maddalena archipelago, with sheltered coves, swimming, and an aperitivo or light lunch on board. Alternative programme on land if the sea is unsuitable.

Day 4

Vermentino in Gallura

Private visit to a winery in Gallura: a walk through the vineyards and a guided tasting with local products, then a stop in a characteristic village. Free evening.

Day 5

Cook and share

A morning with a local chef: hand-made fresh pasta and a classic Sardinian recipe, which becomes a convivial lunch with local wine. Free afternoon and dinner.

Day 6

Inland Gallura

A slow-paced day in the inland: granite architecture, archaeology and pastoral traditions, with a traditional lunch and stories about ingredients and customs. Optional farewell dinner.

Day 7

Departure

Check-out, private transfer to the airport and assistance until you leave.

Recommended period and base. In Costa Smeralda many high-end properties close between late September and early October: for autumn travel we recommend dates within the first half of October. As an alternative we offer a base in the north-west (Alghero and Bosa), with a longer season and a wide choice of boutique hotels. We can prepare both options in parallel.
