What Sardinia Guide is

Sardinia Guide is the brand of Kelku Travel, a travel agency and Destination Management Company (DMC) based in Alghero, Sardinia. We organise tailor-made trips for individuals and programmes for groups and companies, with local guides and operators.

What we do

We build custom itineraries across Sardinia and offer experiences in sea, nature, culture and food and wine: boat excursions, trekking, birdwatching, open-water swimming camps, winery tastings and themed tours. For groups and companies we organise incentive trips, MICE and team building, with a single point of contact from enquiry to return.

Who it is for

For families, couples and small groups who want a trip built around them, and for companies, agencies and organised groups looking for a local partner for programmes in Sardinia. Services are available in Italian and English.

Where we operate

Across Sardinia. Our base is in Alghero, in the north-west of the island.

Who is behind it

Kelku Travel di Francesco Costantino Ruggiu, via Antonio Gramsci 6, 07041 Alghero (SS), Italy. VAT no. IT02807550906, REA SS-206190, Sassari Chamber of Commerce. We work with licensed environmental guides, hiking guides and skippers.

Licence and guarantees

Travel and tourism agency registered in the regional register of the Sardinia Region under no. 468. We hold professional liability insurance and, for package holidays, a guarantee fund. Details are on the Guarantees and terms page.

How it works

It starts with a quote request, optionally with a programme you have already written. We reply with a tailor-made proposal. We accept bank transfer, credit card and Stripe payment links. Deposit, balance and cancellation penalties depend on the service or package and are stated in the quote.

What we are not

We are not an editorial portal or an instant-booking site: each trip is built from an enquiry. The site also has free guides and articles about Sardinia. We are not affiliated with other websites or guides with a similar name: sardiniaguide.com is the website of Kelku Travel, Alghero.
