A team building is not a company outing. It has a goal (better collaboration between departments, better communication, trust in a new group) and uses shared activities to reach it. To work, it needs activities suited to the group, clear timing and a final moment in which the group talks about what it has experienced.

Why Sardinia works

A few hours' drive takes you from the sea to the mountains and the countryside, so the same base allows very different activities. The island has three main airports, Alghero, Olbia and Cagliari, and the season for outdoor activities is long, from spring to autumn.
